As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for executing payroll and time management processes.
  • You serve as the main point of contact for employees on all payroll-related questions, taking into account tax, social security, and employment law requirements.
  • You prepare reports and statistics for HR management, leaders, and the works council.
  • ou maintain and update all payroll‑relevant data and handle reporting and certification tasks.
  • You support monthly and annual closing activities as well as the implementation and further development of payroll-related IT systems.
  • You contribute to HR projects related to payroll management.
  • What makes you stand out
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, advanced training as an HR specialist, or a degree with a focus on HR (we also welcome career changers with a convincing track record, even without a formal degree).
  • You already bring professional experience in payroll, ideally with hands-on experience in SAP and LOGA.
  • You have strong knowledge of income tax and social security regulations as well as statutory reporting. Knowledge of the taxation of non-cash benefits is a plus.
  • You enjoy working in a team, and you are characterized by a careful, structured way of working, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
  • Your German is business fluent, both spoken and written, and you also have good English skills, spoken and written.
