Job's mission

As a Senior EHS Specialist at ASM, you'll play a critical role in shaping a culture of safety and sustainability at the forefront of semiconductor innovation. Your expertise will ensure compliance, reduce risk, and help protect the people and processes that power next-gen technology. Working closely with our global EHS team, you'll align local programs with international standards while driving continuous improvement across our Singapore operations.

What you will be working on

EHS Program Development and Implementation:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Set clear EHS expectations, drive accountability, and ensure compliance with all relevant EHS regulations and standards.
• Partner with the global EHS team to align local programs with corporate EHS initiatives and management systems.
