We are seeking a talented individual to join our Quality Assurance team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Quality Review Analyst conducts detailed quality assessments of insurance operations processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. They document findings, assist with root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
