ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work closely with Delivery Lead and Release Train Engineer to align with client expectations.
  • Manage one or more Scrum teams across multiple time zones.
  • Accountable for all Agile ceremonies of a Scrum team including planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, while supporting teams' ability to self-organize and self-facilitate.
  • Trains, mentors, and supports Scrum teams and others within the enterprise to follow and deeply understand Agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Guide the team in epic creation, decomposition and multi-sprint planning.
  • Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories.
  • Mitigate risks and blockers through stakeholder relationships to ensure continuous delivery.
