  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business metrics.

  • Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.

  • Enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies using Salesforce Analytics capabilities.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM Analytics and Salesforce technologies.

  • Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality across CRM analytics projects.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics best practices and tools.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing innovative analytics solutions.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CRM Analytics outputs into broader business processes.
