Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM Analytics and Salesforce technologies.
Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality across CRM analytics projects.
Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics best practices and tools.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing innovative analytics solutions.
