Job Summary:

As a Video Motion Graphics Designer within MINDSPRINT Intelligent Enterprise Operations (IEO), the role is primarily responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality corporate and brand-led video content for internal and external communication. The role partners with global business stakeholders, leadership teams, marketing, and brand functions to translate business narratives, product stories, and communication objectives into engaging, professional video content. In addition to strong expertise in traditional video and motion design tools, the role is expected to demonstrate working knowledge and practical use of AI-enabled tools to enhance ideation, visualization, efficiency, and scalability while ensuring brand integrity and enterprise communication standards.
