# 8 + Years of an experience is required .

✔ Advanced SQL Server DBA (Level 300–400)

✔ Strong SQL Server Core & Architecture fundamentals

✔ Performance tuning & deep troubleshooting experience

✔ High Availability: Failover Clustering, Always On Availability Groups

✔ SQL Server Migration, Upgrade, Patching, Security & Maintenance

✔ Hands-on experience with reactive/production issues and driving them to closure

✔ Exposure to SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, Azure Data Services
