The ideal candidate enjoys leading teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing DevOps best practices across diverse technology stacks.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor & troubleshoot production systems, proactively resolving issues and improving reliability.
• Drive observability, incident/problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Plan capacity and assess system health to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage SLAs, holding teams accountable for service quality.
• Ensure IT control compliance, supporting audits with evidence.
