What You'll Do
Adept at performing Root-cause analysis of complex problems involving multiple parties, networks, hardware, and software that relates to distributed cloud-based systems concerning scaling, performance, or network issues. Diagnose, isolate, and debug production issues to quickly resolve customer-facing incidents. Work closely with the release management team to plan and coordinate software releases. Collaborate with onsite teams and clients to ensure seamless performance of all the systems. And often involves routine grunt work on service requests to assist other teams with platform services.
What You Know
A minimum of 8+ years’ experience as a technical lead. As needed act as an escalation point for Engineering Support and escalate to Engineering team for assistance and troubleshooting. Should have worked on Java application development for at least 4 year...
