What You'll Do

  • Adept at performing Root-cause analysis of complex problems involving multiple parties, networks, hardware, and software that relates to distributed cloud-based systems concerning scaling, performance, or network issues.
  • Diagnose, isolate, and debug production issues to quickly resolve customer-facing incidents.
  • Work closely with the release management team to plan and coordinate software releases.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams and clients to ensure seamless performance of all the systems.
  • And often involves routine grunt work on service requests to assist other teams with platform services.
  • What You Know

  • A minimum of 8+ years’ experience as a technical lead. As needed act as an escalation point for Engineering Support and escalate to Engineering team for assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Should have worked on Java application development for at least 4 year...
