Responsibilities
MaxLinear is seeking a Senior Staff Digital SOC Engineer to join our Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) Design group. AMS design team provides innovative solutions for the challenges in power management and serial transceiver, serial bridge products such as USB-Ethernet, USB-UART, PCIe-UART domain. In this role, you will be responsible for micro-architecture and digital design aspect of power management products (e.g. Buck, Boost, Buck-boost, PMbus, OTP), as well as serial interface products (e.g. serial transceiver, bridge). The design activity requires understanding of digital communication systems, digital design fundamentals and knowledge of CMOS logic fundamentals. Engineer should be well versed in industry standard design and verification methodologies. Knowledge and expertise with design and verification tools is a must. Experience in low power design is desirable.
