Job Description

The ESS Analytics team is accelerating Experian's impact by bringing together data, tech, and data science and building game‑changing products and services for our customers. We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to help develop new initiatives and products to serve the needs of Experian's clients, including those in the financial services.

Our team is solving key questions, such as how we can increase the rigor and scalability of our loan originations modeling approach and tackle important issues in the lending space today like bias, fairness, and explainable AI.
