REQUIREMENTS:
Total experience 8+ years Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. Strong expertise in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules. Solid working experience with ITSM, Service Portal, and ServiceNow Integrations. Mandatory ServiceNow SPM module certification Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and configurations including: Business Rule, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions, Jelly scripting, AngularJS. Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems. Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, GRC, or HRSD is a plus Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate...
