REQUIREMENTS
Total experience: 9+ years experience Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Experience in digital analytics across web and mobile applications Experience designing customer journey measurement frameworks and KPI models Hands-on experience with data views, segments, calculated metrics, and filters in CJA Knowledge of event taxonomy, tagging, and identity resolution Experience performing funnel, pathing, cohort, and drop-off analysis Experience in data QA, validation, and troubleshooting analytics implementations Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights Experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions Experience working in Agile and client-facing environments
