REQUIREMENTS

  • Total experience: 9+ years experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Experience in digital analytics across web and mobile applications
  • Experience designing customer journey measurement frameworks and KPI models
  • Hands-on experience with data views, segments, calculated metrics, and filters in CJA
  • Knowledge of event taxonomy, tagging, and identity resolution
  • Experience performing funnel, pathing, cohort, and drop-off analysis
  • Experience in data QA, validation, and troubleshooting analytics implementations
  • Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights
  • Experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions
