Senior Staff Technician Technology Support GaN

Act as a technology technician and serve as a link between the development engineering group and wafer fab operations to jointly develop a new GaN technology in Kulim wafer fab.

1. Perform experiments including wafer handling, wafer split preparation, wafer processing, and lot movement and logistics.
2. Support the technology development group with analysis for PFA/FA submissions, microscope inspections, inline measurements, and further development activities.

You are best suited for this role if you have:

1. Profound experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
2. Willingness to learn and develop within a new GaN technology development group.
3. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
