Senior Strata Manager

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Strata Manager to join a long standing, reputable company on the Gold Coast. 

Key responsibilities include:

• 1,500 lot portfolio (gradually handed over) - dedicated experienced Assistant
• Conducting and chairing AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings
• Managing budgets, levies, financial reporting, and arrears
• Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and contractors
• Interpreting and applying Strata Schemes Management Act
• Building strong relationships with owners, committees, and service providers
• Ensuring compliance, risk management, and governance

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Strata Manager (essential)
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage a portfolio autonomously
• High attention to detail and strong time management
• Experience using strata software (e.g. StrataMax, PropertyIQ, or similar)
