Senior Structural Analyst / Engineer - Hydropower

Klohn Crippen Berger Ltd. (KCB) is looking for a Senior Structural Analyst / Engineer with experience working with multi‑disciplinary project teams on water resource infrastructure and hydroelectric market sector projects. This position is part of the Power & Transportation Group. Types of projects may involve rehabilitation of existing dams and hydroelectric facilities, design of new hydroelectric facilities, and civil‑structural design of water resource infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Perform static, dynamic and thermoelastic analyses using standard structural analysis techniques, through LS‑Dyna and other equivalent commercially available multi‑physics finite element analysis programs (e.g. Ansys, Abaqus, etc).
