    You will be an Australian citizen or be eligible to hold Permanent Residency (PR) to work lawfully in Australia


    As a structural designer, you will have built your career within the resources sector, with experience in the design of mineral processing facilities, ideally from concept through to detailed engineering. 


    Your passion and exposure to large scale projects will have seen you work in a multi disciplinary environment, building relations with wide range of stakeholders.


    You will also have:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Relative Qualification in structural (concrete and steel) design within the resource sector 
  • Well-developed computer skills with a good knowledge of at least one CAD system (preferably MicroStation OBD) as well as a working knowledge of spreadsheets 
  • Good understanding of mineral resource technology as well as structural (concrete and steel) technology 
  • Possess teamwork skills as well as an understanding of other discipline requirements and expectations 
  • Quick and accurate with methodical approach to allocated work areas 
  • Good understanding of the scope of work and project development process 
  • Proficient checking skills with ability to work unsupervised, focus on task completion, initiative
  • Good organisational and time management skills 
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively 
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Ability to effectively work in a team 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Strong analytical, literacy and numerical skills 
  • Understanding of Australian and common International standards and regulatory authority requirements in the relevant processing sector
