• Job Summary

We are looking for experienced structural engineers with a strong background in EPC, Design & Build, and LSTK projects. The role involves designing high-rise residential and mixed-use buildings (40+ storeys). Experience with airports, data centers, and institutional buildings is an advantage. The candidate will collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams throughout all project phases—from tender to final handover.

• Key Responsibilities

-Analyze structural components and configurations.

-Calculate loads, stresses, and strains due to usage and environmental factors.

-Perform dynamic analysis and assess material strength (concrete, steel, brick).

-Prepare and review technical reports, calculations, and design documents.

-Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to meet safety and design standards.

-Conduct site inspections and assess structural integrity.

-Develop design strategies to enhance safety and efficiency.

-Coordinate with geotechnical engineers for soil investigations.

-Mentor junior engineers and designers.

-Use CAD and simulation tools for structural modeling.

-Proven experience in delivering design packages for large-scale civil projects.

• Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and IS codes.
