This position involves providing technical guidance, managing projects, mentoring engineering teams, and creating top-notch structural designs from inception to construction.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Technical Leadership
Enhance structural design processes, workflows, and engineering standards.
Lead the development of Revit tools and standards in collaboration with the BIM team.
Promote analytical methods, documentation, and sustainable design solutions.
Stay informed about industry advancements and suggest innovative design and delivery approaches.
Project Engineering (90%)
Manage structural engineering for large and complex projects from start to finish.
