Job Description

Overview

Candidates must demonstrate substantial structural modeling and engineering experience in building projects (Residential, Commercial, Hospital, etc.), specifically including:

  • High-rise (Mixed-use Commercial and Residential)
  • Hospitals, Data Centres, and Educational Buildings
  • Software Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in ETABS and BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla).
  • Analysis Tools: Prior experience in RAM Concept is highly preferred.

Key Preferences

  • Project History: Prior experience working on building projects within Australia or New Zealand is highly preferred.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with RAM Concept for post-tensioned concrete floor systems is a significant advantage.
