Senior Structure Engineer - GDC

Role purpose

Technical leadership, coordination with global teams, mentoring junior engineers, ensuring robust, code‑compliant structural solutions, manage technical risk, drive quality, while supporting PM/design management with reliable technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and plan delivery for one or more packages: scope breakdown, deliverable strategy, review plan, and risk management.
• Develop and Review/approve modelling assumptions, calculations, reports, and drawing intent before issue.
• Resolve complex technical problems; ensure constructability, coordination, and compliance with applicable codes/standards.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of CAD/BIM deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to internal QA/QC processes and project governance.
• Mentor engineers/juniors: set learning plans, conduct technical reviews, and raise overall team capability.
