We are currently looking for a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to join our team in Waterloo, Ontario. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will manage routine and non-routine agreements of moderate value and complexity, report on all supplier strategic and contractual aspects of various programs, identify and mitigate risk issues, and negotiate legal requirements in agreements to benefit the company and customer.
