Job Description
Summary
The Senior Superintendent is responsible for the completion of assigned construction projects and accountable for the daily operation of a job site including scheduling, production, procurement of materials, manpower, equipment, quality, and safety. Supervises other Superintendents and all direct labor positions on the assigned project. Manages and oversees any contracted work on the site to ensure successful project completion.

* Ensures that Constructing with Integrity is delivered by working with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work.
* Works well with Layton's Two in the Box application working well with your counterpart (Senior Project Manager) to ensure successful project delivery and to strengthen client relationship.
