Position Overview

A well-established general contractor specializing in academic, institutional, and commercial interior construction is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for projects ranging from $1M–$15M . This individual will be responsible for leading field execution on complex interior fit-outs and renovations, often within occupied or active facilities.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical knowledge of interior construction, and experience working in higher-education or institutional environments where coordination, scheduling, and safety are critical.
