Position: Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day field operations of ground-up and/or large-scale multifamily construction projects in the Long Beach and greater Los Angeles market. The Superintendent will be responsible for maintaining schedule, quality, safety, and coordination of all on-site activities from project start through closeout.

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects from mobilization through project completion
