Responsibilities (List all)



• Collaborate and consult with stakeholders throughout the enterprise.

• Plan and execute knowledge transfer from onshore to offshore.

• Design & document end to end of process knowledge, procedures, and controls.

• Build/design activity/tasks checklist for all the ‘in-scope’ activities/tasks.

• Perform review of daily activities such as vendor master maintenance, invoice processing, payment schedules and releases, quality assurance audits, escalations management, vendor query management, ageing analysis and reporting, month end activities, etc.,

• Plan work allocation and back up creation for all the team members.

• Ensure month end checklist is updated and reported on timely manner.

• Define goals for all the team members in line with the organization goals and objectives.

• Ensure metrics driven service quality by maintaining process metrics/dashboards.

• Perform quarterly review and development meetings for self and team.

• Ensure training plan for self and team basis the quarterly performance review meetings.

• Prepare talent card for self and team basis the quarterly review meetings.

• Perform review of month end activities such as posting accruals for unposted invoices, balance sheet reconciliations, BS review items, Concur accounting review, FX rates, Setup new month, GL Batches, etc.,

• Support SOX, Internal and External audit process.

• Review data from the AP ledger/system, unit reports and various financial systems to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain knowledge of Vontier accounting and regulatory reporting policies.

• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management policies.

• Perform ongoing financial control functions in accordance with internal controls policies.

• Prepare flux analysis and comments.

• Help in preparing quarterly, half yearly and annual schedules.



Required Skills / Qualifications / Certifications / Tech Stack (List all)



Essential

• Commerce graduate/.

• 8+ years of Finance, Accounts Payable Knowledge.

• Payments, master Data and Month end close activities

• People management, performance rating



Preferable

• MBA/CA/CWA-Inter with reputed university

• Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting or Risk Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, Education
