We are partnering with a leading civil and infrastructure contractor to find a Senior Supervisor to lead the delivery of FRP and concrete structures on high‑profile projects. This is a hands‑on, FIFO role (10 days on, 4 days off) with travel provided on company time , perfect for a strong leader who thrives on site, managing teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee FRP and concrete structure delivery on site
• Support and mentor a team of 2 Supervisors
• Maintain a hands‑on presence on site to drive delivery and troubleshoot issues
• Read, interpret, and implement complex drawings and specifications
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
