Senior Supervisor FIFO

Overview

We are recruiting experienced Civil Supervisors to deliver major windfarm and HV substation projects across Queensland. These roles are FIFO, with candidates able to be based anywhere in Australia.

The Role

You will supervise civil construction works on large-scale renewable energy and power infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery in remote FIFO environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of civil works on windfarm and substation projects across QLD
• Delivery of FRP and concrete structures, including foundations and plinths
• Oversight of piling operations, bulk earthworks, and associated civil scopes
• Coordination of subcontractors, plant, and labour
• Daily planning, pre-starts, and toolbox talks
• Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements and project specifications
