About this opportunity:
Downstream Operations is seeking to fill the role of Senior Supervisor, Operations at the Lloydminster Upgrader. This role is responsible for coordinating all shift activities, providing mentorship, and directly supervising the execution of daily operations to ensure alignment with the facility’s overall strategy. The position ensures that operations are conducted in compliance with the plant operating license, technical specifications, procedures, and company requirements, while maintaining strict oversight of safety protocols within the Upgrader.
