Senior Supervisor, Post Assembly

Summary

The Senior Supervisor, Post Assembly is responsible for coordinating all activities following the assembly process. This includes leading a team in the oversight of package disassembly, custody of materials transferred into and out of final paint, transfer of materials to shipping department, and disposition of left over project materials. To be successful in this role, an individual must be a self-starter, exhibit strong cross functional leadership skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate simultaneous projects in various phases of the post assembly process and be detail oriented. Success is measured by ensuring that materials move efficiently through the post assembly process, that the post assembly schedule is adhered to, and that the product is complete and ready to ship on time.
