Key Responsibilities
•Perform the daily activities such as bank reconciliations, ad hoc journals postings, costing activities such as costing of new parts, updating of pump cost with freight costs, Fixed Assets accounting, etc.,
•Perform month end activities such as posting journal batches, balance sheet reconciliations, BS review items, Concur accounting review, FX rates, Setup new month, GL Batches, Fixed assets close activities, etc.,
• Support SOX, Internal and External audit process.
• Support in data gathering, collation and review for financial reporting.
• Support intercompany activities such as recharges, reconciliations, etc.,
• Review data from the general ledger, unit reports and various financial systems to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and certifications.
• Maintain knowledge of Vontier accounting and regulatory reporting policies.
