Responsible for proper deployment of company's resources such as equipment, materials and manpower to ensure compliance to work standards by proper coordinating, planning, reporting of works and supervising workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Controlling of work execution in accordance to time, safety and quality requirement.
  • Planning for daily construction operations.
  • Monitor work progress and determine actions/steps to mitigate delays or obstruction.
  • Check work quality and arrange for necessary inspection by client at all stages.
  • Maintain daily work record for submission to Site Engineer or the superior of the Clerk of Works
  • Liaise with construction team on site requirement and condition.
  • Coordinate with consultant on all matters related to structure work and convey their requirement to supervisors.
