Job Summary

Responsible for proper deployment of company's resources such as equipment, materials, and manpower to ensure compliance with work standards by properly coordinating, planning, reporting of works, and supervising workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Controlling work execution in accordance with time, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Planning for daily construction operations.
  • Monitoring work progress and determining actions/steps to mitigate delays or obstructions.
  • Checking work quality and arranging for necessary inspections by clients at all stages.
  • Maintaining daily work records for submission to the Site Engineer or the superior of the Clerk of Works.
  • Liaising with the construction team on site requirements and conditions.
  • Coordinating with consultants on all matters related to structural work and conveying their requirements to supervisors.
