Senior Supply Chain Analyst

We are conducting a search for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and transform the Supply Chain organization of a high-complexity Engineering-to-Order manufacturing plant . This role is responsible for strengthening end-to-end supply chain performance by overseeing four critical areas: Manufacturing Planning , Materials & Internal Logistics , Import–Export , and SAP Manufacturing Support .

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving planning accuracy, optimizing material flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision making across the plant.

This position requires a strategic, hands-on leader with strong influence, the ability to work in a fast-paced ETO environment, and proven experience aligning supply chain processes with engineering, operations, and program management.
