1. This includes creating frameworks for achieving strategic visions, establishing control-related standards and procedures to track progress, and ensuring that inventory management processes are aligned with key planned metrics.

• Responsible for the development of demand forecasts and procuring appropriate supply to meet service demands while managing inventory effectively.
• Coordinates with various departments to establish accurate forecasts, ensuring effective supply & demand planning processes.
