Senior Supply Chain Support Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Support Engineer to manage and execute critical supply chain processes using specialized IBP platforms (O9, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM). In this role you will enhance operational efficiency through Python scripting to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., data pulls and alerts), leverage SQL for deep data analysis, and generate KPI reports. You will maintain system visibility by building and monitoring dashboards and logging systems with tools such as Splunk and Grafana, and you will contribute to system reliability through code reviews, on‑call support, and basic SRE/DevOps practices (Git, PagerDuty).

Required skills for this role:

• 3–5 years of experience as an Operations Engineer in Supply Chain / IBP areas.
• Deep knowledge of IBP platforms (O9 mandatory).
• Python scripting for automation.
• SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Grafana.
• Basic SRE / DevOps skills (Git, PagerDuty).
• Fluent in English, as collaboration will involve teams in the U.S.

Nice to have (big plus):

• Additional experience with other supply chain tools.
• Knowledge of other scripting or automation languages.
• Relevant certifications in Supply Chain or SRE.
• Project management experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies.
