Purpose
This role is responsible for addressing all IDEMIA IT related issues in accordance with the relevant service-level agreements and cooperating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Missions
Profile & Other Information
Experience/skills required:
• 4-7 years of experience supporting Microsoft D365 F&O, with strong focus on Finance modules (accounting, O2C)
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments and procurement workflows
• Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape (workflows, connection with Kyriba, etc)
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytic mindset.
• Fluency in English, as the role involves working with an international team
