Job Description

Senior Support Engineer - Enterprise Application Support (ERP/Salesforce)

Provide first level & second level Enterprise Application (ERP, CRM, SCM etc.) support to end users.

To manage issues or change request.

Prepare project documentation including Business Analysis Report, Business Process Flow, Functional Specification and Change Management report.

To provide system training for user.

To participate in system evaluation and testing (SIT/ UAT).

Work closely with system user and deliver the project on schedule.

To prepare periodic operation report to management.

Develop and demonstrate a high level of ethics, care for user that can meet or exceed expectations.

To lead a team of junior engineers and provide guidance to the team members.
