Job Description
Senior Support Engineer - Enterprise Application Support (ERP/Salesforce)
Provide first level & second level Enterprise Application (ERP, CRM, SCM etc.) support to end users.
To manage issues or change requests.
Prepare project documentation including Business Analysis Report, Business Process Flow, Functional Specification and Change Management report.
To provide system training for users.
To participate in system evaluation and testing (SIT/UAT).
Work closely with system users and deliver the project on schedule.
To prepare periodic operation reports to management.
Develop and demonstrate a high level of ethics and care for users that can meet or exceed expectations.
To lead a team of junior engineers and provide guidance to the team members.
