Role Description:
As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for addressing technical issues raised by both internal teams and external customers. You’ll lead the charge in resolving a diverse array of technical challenges and provide support under the Manage 360 product, collaborating closely with our Consulting Services Team on various projects.
- Offer comprehensive support services in cloud computing, data visualization, business intelligence, and advanced analytics to our valued customers.
- Provide internal IT support to MIP and The Data School staff, ensuring seamless operations.
- Diagnose technical issues, offer effective solutions, and guide customers through implementation for issue resolution.
