As a nationwide NDIS provider we deliver person‑centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is grounded in mindfulness self‑care and community wellness.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Senior Support Worker who will make a real difference in the lives of our participants. This role is based in Toowoomba where you will work a week-on week-off lifestyle roster.

We’re looking for a calm, confident and compassionate support professional with experience in complex mental health and hands‑on care to support a participant living with schizophrenia and high‑needs behaviours.

Due to the participant’s personal care and support needs this role is only open to female applicants.
