Job Description
You will be required to:
- Work alone and as part of a team supporting people with their day-to-day living
- Complete household tasks, meal planning and preparation.
- Maintain relationships with family and friends
- Support access to the community.
- Completing audit and staff supervisions
- Medication observations to ensure best practice and compliance with organisational policies.
- Support the day-to-day running of the service
- Act as a role model for the staff team, provide guidance and mentoring to support workers
- Contribute and maintain high standards of care, safety, and record keeping.
Must Have:
- A full UK driving license, access to your own vehicle and business insurance in place.
