Senior Sustaining Components Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead efforts to analyze and evaluate the performance of existing components in our pumping systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for component improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced performance.
- Develop engineering changes and design modifications to address component issues and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the consistent quality and availability of components.
- Perform testing and validation of modified components to ensure they meet or exceed specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of component designs, changes, and performance evaluations.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
