Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end system administration and infrastructure management for reconciliation systems
- Lead and mentor a team of administrators and technical support staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Monitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and implement patches and upgrades
- Collaborate with database and application teams for integrated issue analysis and resolution
- Ensure daily reconciliation processes run smoothly, with timely escalation of discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, logs, and SOPs for audit and compliance
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system or reconciliation failures and ensure preventive measures
- Coordinate with client-side technical teams for issue resolution, testing, and deployment
- Maintain data security, access controls, and compliance with organizational IT policies
- Support automation initiatives and performance improvement efforts
