Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end system administration and infrastructure management for reconciliation systems
  • Lead and mentor a team of administrators and technical support staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Monitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and implement patches and upgrades
  • Collaborate with database and application teams for integrated issue analysis and resolution
  • Ensure daily reconciliation processes run smoothly, with timely escalation of discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, logs, and SOPs for audit and compliance
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system or reconciliation failures and ensure preventive measures
  • Coordinate with client-side technical teams for issue resolution, testing, and deployment
  • Maintain data security, access controls, and compliance with organizational IT policies
  • Support automation initiatives and performance improvement efforts
