Must-Haves to Excel:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Windows desktop & end-user technical support.
- Strong skills in Active Directory, O365, VPN setup, and Microsoft Office troubleshooting.
- Experience working with teams from English-speaking countries.
- Great communicator with proven customer service and multitasking skills under SLAs.
