  • This role provides desktop and endpoint support to multiple agencies utilizing enterprise services.
  • The System Administrator – Senior will perform hands-on and remote support activities, including PC replacements, imaging, troubleshooting, software installations, and asset management.
  • The position plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality desktop support for customers serving the citizens of North Carolina.
    • Responsibilities:
  • Provide desktop and endpoint support to multiple agencies.
  • Perform PC replacements, imaging, hardware provisioning, and workstation setup.
  • Deliver remote support including troubleshooting and software installations.
  • Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Support mobile devices and Apple devices.
  • Track onboarding and shipping activities using strong organizational skills.
