Senior System Analyst (Banking)

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with senior stakeholders across business, IT, architecture, and testing to define functional and technical direction
• Conduct fit‑gap and impact analysis across card issuing systems, interfaces, and downstream applications
• Review solution designs and perform critical evaluation of technical specifications
• Shape testing strategies and support SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing cycles
• Guide testers and users on system configurations, including card parameters and end‑to‑end processes
• Manage defect lifecycle, ensuring timely triage, follow‑up, and resolution
• Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot high‑complexity functional issues
