Job Title: Senior System Analyst (SSA)
Location: Singapore
Role Summary:
Act as the bridge between business (lending/loan teams) and IT. Translate business requirements into clear functional designs and ensure systems are built and tested correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and translate business requirements into BRD/FSD
Perform impact analysis across systems and integrations
Design test cases and support UAT with business users
Ensure data governance, security, and system flow understanding
Work with cross-functional and vendor teams
Required Experience:
3–5+ years as BA/FSA in banking systems
Strong knowledge of lending / loan origination (Term Loans, Auto Loans, Islamic & Conventional)
Experience with core banking systems and lending workflows
Skills:
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Good stakeholder communication
Ability to work under tight timelines
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
