Senior System Analyst/TDM (Moodys)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Basel reporting and regulatory change projects
• Work with Moody's Risk Authority and collaborate across Risk, Finance, and IT
• Manage a team of 5-10 and coordinate with global stakeholders
• Open to local and expatriate candidates
• 12+ years' experience in financial services or risk technology
• Strong knowledge of Basel II/III , credit/market risk , and regulatory reporting
• Hands-on experience with Moody's Risk Authority or similar platforms
• Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix
• Excellent communication and project delivery skills
